TATCON AdBlue®

The TATSUNO dispensing container of the TATCON AdBlue® series is used for storage and dispensing of AdBlue® medium at public and company filling stations. The laminate skeleton of the container contains as standard one or two plastic tanks with a storage volume of 3000 liters, submersible pump, sensors for monitoring the minimum and maximum medium level, drip sensor and one or two measuring units containing flow meter, dispensing hose with drum reel, dispensing nozzle and an electronic counter with a display. The dispensing hose/nozzle can be placed on both sides of the container (/D), on its left side (/L), on the right side(/R), or from the front (rear; /F) in the direction of vehicle arrival. In areas where the ambient temperature drops below freezing, it is necessary to equip the container with a thermostat and heating of the tank, hydraulics, dispensing hose and nozzle, because at a temperature of about -9°C AdBlue freezes and is decomposed. The container tank is standardly equipped with a filling coupling (TODO) for connection to a tank truck. All containers in the TATCON AdBlue® type series operate both in the manual mode (i.e. off-line), and in the automatic mode, where the fuel dispenser is linked with the kiosk control system and the data concerning volume, sum and price are transmitted to the cash register.
