Specifications
The TATSUNO CNG Master type mobile calibration device is used for calibration and metrological verification of dispensers intended for filling compressed natural gas (CNG) or biogas (BioCNG) into road vehicles at public and non-public gas stations. The lightweight construction cart is equipped with a very accurate Micro Motion mass meter, an outlet particulate filter, a pressure gauge, inlet and outlet ball shut-off valves, and a discharge valve. The pressure inlet to the cart is equipped with two connectors NGV1 (B200) and NGV2 (C200). The pressure components, including pipes, are made of stainless steel. For easy handling, the cart is made of light duralumin alloy, supplemented with transport wheels and plastic handles. As standard, the truck is equipped with a pressure filling and venting hose 3 m long, ending with a filling nozzle OPW type CT1000LS. The CNG Master cart is in an explosion-proof design and is inserted between a verified CNG dispenser and a car (or a test pressure vessel). The gas quantity value measured and displayed on the display of the dispenser is compared with the quantity value displayed on the display of the officially calibrated Coriolis meter. The data on the display can be reset to zero before starting the measurement using the touch sensors on the display. On special order, the CNG Master can be retrofitted with an external zeroing device (button) and a filling hose of a special length terminated with a different type of fillind nozzles/connectors (WEH, STAUBLI, OPW, ELAFLEX.....). For remote transmission of measured data, it is possible to connect a data line to the mass meter and read values from the meter remotely using the freeware ProLink III Basic (Modbus).
